¿Qué información se requiere?
Para obtener una Certificación original de defunción en Cuba necesitamos que nos envíe la copia de una Certificación de defunción que usted tenga. De no tenerla, debe enviarnos la siguiente información:
- Nombre Completo, como aparecía en el carnet de identidad o pasaporte.
- Fecha de Defunción.
- Lugar del fallecimiento: Dirección, Municipio y Provincia.
- Registro Civil donde se inscribe la defunción, o en su defecto, la funeraria donde fue velado (Especificar también el Municipio y la Provincia).
- Tomo y Folio (caso de tenerlo).

Si usted además, necesita que esta Certificación sea legalizada en el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Cuba (MINREX) y en el Consulado de algún país extranjero en Cuba, igualmente podemos gestionarle ese servicio sin costo adicional. Aclaramos que este costo no incluye el envío final desde Estados Unidos hasta otro país, el cual será informado en el momento que tengamos la certificación en nuestro poder.

Cuando su documento esté listo, usted recibirá una notificación por correo electrónico o por mensaje de texto. Si reside en otro país, le enviaremos su documentación por correo postal a la dirección que usted indique.
