Para obtener una Certificación original de divorcio en Cuba necesitamos que nos envíe la copia de una Certificación de divorcio que usted tenga. De no tenerla, debe enviarnos la siguiente información:
1- Datos del cónyugue:
- Nombres y apellidos.
- Fecha de nacimiento.
- Municipio y provincia de nacimiento.
- Nombres y apellidos del padre.
- Nombre y apellidos de la madre.
2- Datos del cónyugue:
- Nombres y apellidos.
- Fecha de nacimiento.
- Municipio y provincia de nacimiento.
- Nombres y apellidos del padre.
- Nombre y apellidos de la madre.
3- Fecha de formalización del matrimonio.
4- Municipio y provincia de la formalización del matrimonio.
5- Registro Civil donde se inscribió el matrimonio. Municipio y Provincia.
6- Tomo y Folio de la inscripción (en caso de tenerlo).

Si usted además, necesita que esta Certificación sea legalizada en el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Cuba (MINREX) y en el Consulado de algún país extranjero en Cuba, igualmente podemos gestionarle ese servicio sin costo adicional. Aclaramos que este costo no incluye el envío final desde Estados Unidos hasta otro país, el cual será informado en el momento que tengamos la certificación en nuestro poder.
