Escritura de Autorización a Menor
¿Cuándo solicitar una Escritura de Autorización a Menor?
La autorización a menor la realiza el padre o madre que se encuentra fuera de Cuba y por lo tanto no se puede presentar en Inmigración físicamente para dar su consentimiento para que el menor se confeccione el pasaporte y/o pueda viajar fuera de Cuba.
Todos los documentos que se deben aportar son los del padre solicitante (el que hace la autorización a menor porque no se encuentra en Cuba) y del menor al que se está autorizando.
Si ambos padres se encuentran en Estados Unidos y necesitan ambos realizar el autorizo, se confeccionará un único documento en nombre de los dos padres, siempre que se encuentren físicamente juntos para el día de la firma del autorizo. De lo contrario, cada padre requerirá realizar un autorizo independiente.

Si este trámite se realiza para varios hijos en el mismo momento, para los restantes hijos aplica un descuento de 20 usd para cada uno.
Tiempo del trámite
Aproximadamente de 1 a 2 semanas después de ser recibido el documento notarizado en nuestra Oficina Central en Washington DC.
¿Qué documentos se requieren?
Para completar la solicitud del Autorizo de viaje, debe enviarnos la siguiente documentación:
- Fotocopia de la página principal del pasaporte cubano de los padres que solicitan la autorización, no es necesario que esté vigente. En caso de no ser cubano debe aportar fotocopia de ID con foto, válido y vigente.
- Fotocopia del Certificado de nacimiento emitido por el Registro Civil de los padres que solicitan la autorización.
- Fotocopia del carnet de identidad cubano de los padres que solicitan, en caso de no haber perdido aún los derechos en Cuba.
- Fotocopia del Certificado de nacimiento del menor, emitido por Registro Civil de Cuba.
- Fotocopia de todas las páginas que tengan anotaciones de la Tarjeta del Menor.
- Fotocopia del pasaporte del menor en caso de ya tenerlo confeccionado.
¿Qué pasos debe realizar para Aplicar online?
1 – Dar aplicar y comience a llenar los datos que se soliciten.
2 – Realizar el pago del servicio mediante tarjeta de crédito/débito. Usted recibirá confirmación del pago realizado. Si el trámite se va a realizar para más de un menor, póngase en contacto con nosotros para que ya pueda realizar el pago con el descuento de 20 usd que aplica para cada hijo adicional.
3 – Firmar y adjuntar fotocopia o foto de los documentos requeridos en su trámite de forma digital, siguiendo las indicaciones que aparecen en el sitio web.
¿Cómo continúa el trámite?
1 – En el plazo de 3 a 4 días hábiles se procederá a la redacción de la Escritura de Autorización a Menor y se le enviará al email que haya facilitado al llenar la aplicación.
2 – El padre o madre debe revisar cuidadosamente el documento que ha recibido por email y si todos los datos son correctos debe imprimir el mismo. Tenga en cuenta que Tramison no será responsable si existe algún error en el documento que no sea señalado.
3 – El próximo paso es llevar a Notarizar el documento impreso. Es importante que el Notario tenga vigente su comisión.
4 – Verifique que tanto usted como el Notario llenen el autorizo donde van sus datos y firmas respectivas.
5 – Cuando tenga el documento notarizado envíe una fotocopia o foto al email de la persona que lo está atendiendo.
6 – Cuando se confirme que el documento es correcto le enviaremos un email con una etiqueta o label de Fedex para
que pueda hacer el envío del documento a nuestra Oficina Central.
7 – Al recibir el documento ya notarizado en nuestra Oficina Central, le daremos acuse de recibo y comenzaremos el proceso de legalización del mismo ante el Consulado de Cuba en Washington, DC.
8 – En el plazo de 1 a 2 semanas el documento estará listo y le contactaremos para que nos confirme la dirección donde quiere recibir el Autorizo a menor. Si usted desea que el documento sea enviado directamente a Cuba, podemos ofrecerle este servicio con un costo adicional de 100 usd.
Nota importante:
Cada menor requerirá una Escritura de Autorización independiente.
En caso de que el menor vaya a viajar a otros países deben verificar si las Embajadas solicitan alguna Escritura adicional, pues en ese caso deben hacer la Escritura por duplicado.
